Hmmm. I used to have a recipe for this chicken-on-a-stick with peanut sauce. Got to find that... can't remember the name or I'd google it out. It's one of Matthew's favorites. I haven't made it for a long time!
OK... with Google's help... Here's the name... Chicken Satay. It is soooo good!!!
